Below is a sample list of just some of the work we have completed for a wide range of clients:

Fort Dunlop, Birmingham – Disabled refuge and fire telephone

A comprehensive fire detection systems network based around 3 Gent Vigilon control panels and over 70 individual Compact systems for tenants.
In many areas, detection devices were finished in black to reduce their impact on the internal décor.

Masons Hall, Birmingham University

An integrated fire detection and disabled refuge system using 6 fully networked fire control panels, over 1000 detection devices and 72 local emergency call stations.
At the University, Trinity has also completed a number of student accommodation projects, providing state of the art, fire warning systems for the protection of life.

Mass House Circus

This comprehensive retail and residential development has been equipped with an extensive fire detection and alarm system integrated with smoke ventilation and specialist Linear Heat Detection systems in the car park area.

Staffordshire County Council

Trinity undertakes the maintenance of the automatic fire detection systems on behalf of the County Council. In the first year of the contract, every device was bar coded and an on-line asset register produced enabling the Council to have full visibility of their asset base in this area.
This well established programme, Building Reports, provides a new dimension of clarity in the maintenance of property and is an excellent aid to enabling clients to show that they have discharged their maintenance obligations.

Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council

Trinity have entered into a long term partnership agreement with NBBC covering the upgrading and maintenance of the fire detection and alarm systems in the Council owned properties. A significant aspect of this partnership relates to the targeted reduction of false alarms through improved detection and dialogue with the Fire Rescue Service.

Dolgarrog Water Turbine Power Station

This project involves the integration of Voice Evacuation into the fire detection and alarm systems utilizing the new Gent S-Quad detection devices with integrated speech.

Peterborough Prison

A comprehensive networked fire detection and alarm system covering the whole of this new complex. Trinity worked as a sub-contractor for the main M & E contractor, AMEC and subsequently undertakes the ongoing maintenance.

Northampton Schools PFI

The provision of fire detection, access control, CCTV and intruder systems into 15 new and refurbished schools across Northampton. This 18 month intensive project was part of a major PFI for the schools in the area.
Fire detection systems incorporated the Gent S-Quad detectors which can provide an electronic bell tone for ‘Class change’ signaling.
