Chelsea Bridge Wharf

This extensive residential and commercial development next to the old Battersea Power Station has been completed in 5 phases over 4 years with a total value to Trinity exceeding £1 million. A total of 13 networked fire detection control panels and disabled refuge systems provide a fully integrated system for this prestige development.

HSBC, Park Street

A major refurbishment of the fire detection and alarm systems including the addition of PC based graphical displays.

Southbank University

A comprehensive site wide Disabled Refuge system to provide compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act for this major educational centre.

Eastbourne Terrace

The 3 main buildings in Eastbourne Terrace, opposite Paddington station, have all been developed in recent years by Land Securities PLC. Trinity provided the fire detection and alarm for all buildings, and in some cases, CCTV and access control depending on the required specification.
